The Wells RCP-600 refrigerated drop-in cold food well helps chefs and operators move faster during peak service while maintaining attractive, chilled presentations. With capacity for six 12" x 20" pans, it organizes ingredients for salad bars, make lines, and buffets to streamline plating and replenishment.
Dial in precise holding with an on/off switch and individual thermostatic controls, while the insulated pan supports consistent, even chilling. A stainless steel inner liner with matching top and flange stands up to busy kitchens and cleans quickly between dayparts.
This self-contained unit simplifies installation and daily operation, powered by a 1/2 HP system using R-404A refrigerant. The integrated 1" drain speeds end-of-shift cleanup, and the durable steel exterior body is built for demanding foodservice environments.
