The Wells RCP-7200 refrigerated drop-in cold food well streamlines chilled holding for buffets, salad bars, and cafeteria lines. Engineered as a self-contained unit, it accommodates two standard 12" x 20" pans to keep pre-chilled items at safe serving temperatures throughout service.
Dial in holding with an on/off switch and individual thermostatic controls for precise section-by-section adjustments. An insulated pan and 3" recessed top edge help retain cold air around the food pans, supporting consistent temperatures and attractive presentation.
Built for daily commercial use, the stainless steel inner liner, top, and flange withstand busy service while the steel exterior body adds durability. A 1" drain simplifies end-of-shift cleanup, and the 115v NEMA 5-15P connection integrates easily into standard kitchen power.
