The Wells RCP-7300 drop-in cold food well streamlines chilled holding for buffets, salad bars, and cafeteria lines. Its self-contained refrigeration and three 12" x 20" pan capacity help chefs and operators stage a clean, professional presentation while maintaining product quality during service.
Dial in temperatures with an on/off switch and individual thermostatic controls to accommodate varying menu items. An insulated pan and 3" recessed top edge support consistent cold retention, while a stainless steel liner and top with flange deliver lasting durability and easy wipe-downs between rushes.
A 1" drain speeds end-of-day cleanup, and the unit’s 115v/60/1-ph operation with a NEMA 5-15P plug fits standard commercial outlets. Using R-404A refrigerant and built with NSF and cULus compliance, this 1/3 HP cold food well is a reliable choice for busy foodservice environments.
