The Wells WVO-2HFG is an electric ventless range that unifies two French plates, a thermostatic griddle, and a convection oven base under a self-contained hood system. Deploy it in cafes, kiosks, or satellite stations to expand hot-food production where traditional ductwork isn’t feasible. Stainless steel construction supports daily use in demanding commercial kitchens.
Streamline workflow with precise griddle temperature control for searing, toasting, or holding while the French plates handle sauces, sautéing, and finishing. The convection oven base increases throughput for baking and roasting without occupying separate equipment footprints. Front legs and rear casters simplify positioning and cleaning access around the unit.
