Keep plates hot and service moving with the Winco EHL-3C heat lamp. This free-standing, electric unit delivers 500 watts of infrared holding power from two 250W bulbs to maintain appetizing temperatures between the pass and the table. Three adjustable heights let you dial in distance for different pans, proteins, and sides.
Stage fries, rotisserie birds, or carved roasts on a cutting board or sheet pan while you plate, run expo, or replenish a buffet. The shatter-resistant clear infrared bulbs support safety around busy lines and catering setups without sacrificing coverage. Operators can quickly adapt the lamp to shifting volumes and menu changes.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel construction features a scratch-resistant black powder coat that stands up to daily wipe-downs. 13-gauge aluminum hoods focus heat where it’s needed and add durability for long-term use. The free-standing design deploys wherever holding is required.
