The Winco ESH-1 is an electric strip heater designed to keep plated meals, pans, and trays at serving temperature without slowing the line. Its extruded aluminum body and tubular sheath heating element deliver even heat across a 14-inch by 25-1/2-inch footprint with base, helping you stage orders and finish plates with confidence. Use it on a pass-through shelf, at a carving station, or over a buffet line to maintain appetizing presentation.
A height-adjustable stand lets you set the heat at 17-1/2", 20", or 22-1/2", so you can match intensity to product and pan depth. Shift quickly between batches or menu items while preserving texture and minimizing waste during peak service.
