The Winco FW-S500 electric food warmer keeps prepared dishes at safe serving temperatures on busy buffet lines, catering setups, and back-of-house make stations. Its compact 22-1/2" W x 14-5/8" D footprint conserves counter space, while the stainless steel body handles daily commercial use.
A standard 20" x 12" opening accepts a full-size pan and accommodates depths up to 6" for entrees, sides, and sauces. Staff can position and replenish pans quickly to maintain smooth service during peak periods.
A simple dial control delivers three heat settings—low, medium, and high—set at 140°F, 170°F, and 200°F for consistent holding. Powered by a 1200W, 120V/60/1-ph system, the FW-S500 integrates easily into existing stations without slowing workflow.
