This 2-pan, top-mount design keeps salads, toppings, and desserts neatly presented and easy to reach, while electronic temperature control supports consistent results service after service.
Designed for reliable performance, it includes pan support bars for full-size pans and a rotatable condenser unit. A stainless steel bezel provides a clean, finished look at the counter, and the aluminized steel housing is built for everyday foodservice demands. Service components include a sight glass, service valves, and a dryer/filter.
