The Flav-R 2-Go™ food locker system streamlines hot-holding on a busy countertop with a 60-93/100 inch wide footprint and three lockers, giving staff organized access and clear visibility. Magnetically locked hinged doors, a heated base, and LED lighting present items clearly while maintaining a controlled 150°F to 180°F environment. A responsive 10 inch touchscreen puts configuration and access at your fingertips, helping staff monitor each compartment with confidence.
Each locker includes individual timers to coordinate multiple holds with precise visibility and consistent timing. Power requirements are 321 watts and 2.9 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph circuit with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The system is cULus and UL EPH Classified and made in USA, meeting the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who prioritize workflow, safety, and presentation in a compact countertop format.
