The Flav-R-Savor® Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet, pass-thru counter model, keeps product at serving temperature while allowing convenient access from both sides. Two tier slides hold full size sheet pans for organized staging and rotation. A humidified heat system paired with an auto fill water reservoir helps sustain the holding environment without manual refilling.
This model delivers 4952w of performance and is available with 4-inch legs for stable counter placement. It meets recognized safety and sanitation benchmarks with cULus and UL EPH Classified credentials, along with ANSI/NSF 4 and CE compliance. Made in USA.
