The pass-thru configuration with two doors streamlines plating and tray assembly by letting teams load on one side and serve from the other. Six adjustable, removable slides on 1-1/2" centers accommodate 18" x 26" or 12" x 20" pans for flexible menu support. Large swivel casters with wheel locks enable safe mobility, while 1697 watts of heating power and NSF, CE, and cULus compliance meet professional standards, Made in USA.
