This mobile heated solution pairs thermostatically-controlled heat with adjustable humidity and temperature to maintain consistent holding conditions, supported by a water reservoir and an insulated cabinet. A digital temperature readout and electrical components support clear monitoring and control during busy service and peak periods for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
Configure capacity with seven adjustable, removable slides on 1-3/8-inch centers, designed for 18 x 26 or 12 x 20 pans. A single door streamlines access, while casters move the cabinet wherever it’s needed for service, staging, or presentation throughout the kitchen and serving areas. It is Made in USA and certified cULus and UL EPH Classified.
