This drop-in frost top measures 21-1/16 inches long and accommodates a full size sheet pan to streamline plating, staging, and presentation at the service line. A lighted on/off rocker switch and electronic adjustable temperature control keep operation straightforward during peak service, letting staff check status at a glance and make precise adjustments. For layout flexibility, the control can be mounted to either side of the condensing unit or positioned remotely up to 4 feet from the unit, preserving clear workspace where it matters most.
Self-contained refrigeration with R-290 refrigerant and auto-defrost enables simple, low-maintenance operation across shifts, minimizing interventions between turns.
