Product Description
For chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, this drop-in frost top features a 39-inch length and accommodates two full-size sheet pans. A lighted on/off rocker switch provides clear power status, and the electronic adjustable temperature control can be mounted to either side of the condensing unit or positioned remotely up to 4 feet from the unit. This configuration supports organized pan placement and efficient station flow.
The unit includes self-contained refrigeration with R-290 refrigerant and 1/4 HP, and it is equipped with auto-defrost. It is cULus listed and Made in USA. Controls can be located where staff need them, whether at either side of the condensing unit or remotely within reach.
