Product Description
The drop-in slim frost top streamlines chilled plating and display across fast-paced service. At 54-15/16 inches long, it accommodates (2) full size sheet pans, giving chefs the surface area to organize items for efficient service flow. A self-contained refrigeration system using R-290 and 1/4 HP delivers cold performance while simplifying installation and placement.
Operators gain precise control with an electronic adjustable temperature control that mounts to either side of the condensing unit or remotely up to 4 feet from the unit, while a lighted on/off rocker switch provides clear status at a glance. Auto-defrost helps maintain performance, and a 1-inch NPT drain speeds cleanup after service. cULus certification and Made in USA construction support professional kitchens focused on presentation, consistency, and workflow.
