At 80.81 inches long, it accommodates three full size sheet pans, organizing product for clear, professional presentation. The drop-in configuration integrates cleanly into counters to support efficient workflows for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
Operation is straightforward with a lighted on/off rocker switch and an electronic adjustable temperature control that can mount on either side of the condensing unit or remotely up to 4 feet. A self-contained refrigeration system with R-290 refrigerant and 1/4 HP, paired with auto-defrost, helps minimize manual maintenance during busy periods. A 1-inch NPT drain supports routine cleanup, while cULus listing and Made in USA construction add confidence when specifying equipment.
