Pre-focused infrared top heat directs warmth to product surfaces to help hold texture and appeal during service.
Built for busy operations, rear sliding doors let staff load and serve quickly without slowing the customer side. The single shelf accommodates four pans, and a 6 qt humidity system adds moisture to reduce product drying during holding. Four-inch legs elevate the cabinet for easier cleaning and airflow on crowded countertops.
