Product Description
Designed for busy operations, this designer, free-standing heated shelf supports efficient hot holding for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers across a variety of service formats. With a (5) 12" x 20" pan capacity, it accommodates multiple full-size pans so key menu components stay organized and ready for service. A built-in adjustable thermostat provides on-unit control, and 4" legs elevate the shelf for use on work surfaces.
Durable components include a hardcoat aluminum top paired with a blanket type foil element, while designer exterior panels and corner caps complete the presentation. This unit is CE and cULus listed and UL EPH Classified for professional kitchens. It is Made in USA.
