This countertop unit uses pre-focused infrared top heat to maintain appetizing temperatures across the display, while an incandescent light enhances product visibility to drive impulse selections. A single slanted shelf with 12 rods keeps items neatly positioned for fast service, and an adjustable thermostat gives chefs and operators precise control to match changing menu demands and daypart traffic.
Built for front-of-house presentation and back-of-house efficiency, it features a hardcoat aluminum base and tempered glass end panels. Designer panels and corner caps elevate the look to fit professional settings. With 4-inch legs, 2210 watts, cULus and UL EPH Classified status, and Made in USA construction, it delivers standards-compliant holding performance for busy operations.
