The Glo-Ray® infrared strip heater delivers consistent holding performance for busy service lines, helping maintain serving temperature and plate readiness between the pass and the plate. Its curved, 66-inch wide profile and standard watt output direct heat across the pass to support efficient plating and timely ticket flow during service. Dual LED lights illuminate finished dishes to enhance visibility and presentation for chefs and expediters.
A remote box with electronic infinite control lets operators fine-tune intensity to match demand, and a dedicated power on/off switch enables quick start and shutdown during changeovers. Included mounting brackets simplify installation, while 1177 watts provide the strength needed for dependable holding and steady results. This unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, and it is Made in USA.
