It features standard wattage with lights, a tubular metal heater rod, and a double heater rod housing with 6-inch spacing to extend warmth along the holding zone. Rated at 2620 watts, this infrared strip helps teams maintain ready-to-serve dishes as orders move from prep to plating.
Built with aluminum construction, this NSF and cULus listed unit is Made in USA and manufactured by Hatco for professional foodservice.
