The Glo-Ray® infrared strip heater delivers holding across a 96-inch width with a standard wattage configuration and integrated lights, bringing heating and illumination together in a single run. A tubular metal heater rod, paired with a double heater rod housing featuring 6-inch spacing, applies infrared heat along the service line for coverage where plates rest. It features aluminum construction and a 3,930-watt output for infrared holding.
The included lights illuminate the holding area to aid presentation and workflow during plating and service, making items easy to see along the length of the unit. NSF and cULus listings address sanitation and electrical safety considerations, and the unit is Made in USA.
