This countertop unit combines a heated base with buffet-style sneeze guards to help maintain serving temperatures while protecting food in customer-facing lines. Three incandescent bulbs illuminate dishes so guests and staff can quickly identify offerings.
Built to hold two 12" x 20" pans, it streamlines hot holding for cafeterias, corporate dining, and catered events. Stage entrees, sides, or breakfast items for efficient self-service or attended stations, and maintain a clean, professional appearance at the point of service.
The GRBW-36-120-QS plugs into standard 120v power and delivers 1530 watts to keep pace during busy periods.
