The Glo-Ray® Tunnel Portable Fry Holding Station is a countertop, electric solution for high-volume service. Ceramic heating elements and incandescent lights work together to maintain product temperature and visibility, while the pre-set thermostatically controlled heated base streamlines operation. Its stainless steel construction stands up to daily use and complements professional settings, and the portable format supports flexible placement.
This unit includes one slotted holding bin and one sectional divider to help organize product; note there is no backstop included. It runs on 120v/60/1-ph, draws 10.8 amps at 1.3 kW, and connects with a NEMA 5-15P plug. NSF and cULus listed and Made in USA, it integrates smoothly into commercial operations focused on consistent holding, presentation, and efficient workflow.
