A pass-thru configuration and triple slant shelf layout allow loading from one side and serving from the other, supporting efficient, continuous flow on the line and clear customer viewing. Incandescent lighting illuminates every deck so staff can monitor product condition and maintain an attractive display throughout service.
Engineered with durable stainless steel and aluminum construction, this unit is built for high-traffic foodservice environments. It operates at 2700 watts and provides a 36-inch-wide, 24-inch-deep footprint, with cULus and UL EPH Classified listings and a Made in USA build. The Glo-Ray® design emphasizes illumination and access to support organized, pass-through service at the counter from both sides.
