The Glo-Ray® heated shelf is a free-standing unit measuring 30 inches wide by 6 inches deep. It combines a stainless steel top with an aluminum base, and its adjustable thermostat lets staff set and refine heat levels as needed throughout service. The heated surface helps pace plating and pickup so teams can move items to guests or holding areas at the right moment.
The unit is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, aligning with widely recognized safety and sanitation requirements in commercial foodservice operations.
