The Hatco Glo-Ray GRS-42-G free-standing heated shelf helps streamline hot-holding and plating at the pass. Measuring 42 inches wide by 15-3/4 inches deep, it features a stainless steel top over an aluminum base, and stands on 4-inch legs for stable, elevated placement. An adjustable thermostat lets staff set appropriate heat levels to match service needs.
