The Hatco Glo-Ray Heated Shelf, model GRS-66-A, is a free-standing unit for professional foodservice teams. Its 66-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep heated surface provides linear holding capacity, while the stainless steel top supports a clean presentation. An adjustable thermostat allows staff to set the appropriate holding temperature, and 4-inch legs elevate the shelf to keep the counter area open.
