The Glo-Ray® heated shelf is a free-standing solution built to streamline plating, service, and presentation for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Its 66" W x 17-1/2" D surface supports organized workflows at the pass or on a service counter, accommodating wide layouts and busy lines. An adjustable thermostat lets operators set the temperature to match changing menus and volume across dayparts and throughout shifts.
It features an aluminum base, a stainless steel top, and a legged design for stable placement on existing prep or service surfaces. Raised on 4" legs, the shelf positions alongside equipment and work areas. The unit carries CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified markings to support compliance in professional environments, and it is Made in USA.
