The Glo-Ray 2-Go® Heated Holding Shelves use radiant heat across a four-tier layout to keep prepared items ready for service, consolidating hot holding in one organized footprint. Touchscreen controls with a digital readout provide direct access to a 150–200°F holding range, so temperatures are set, viewed, and adjusted quickly during busy periods. Each tier features a 39-inch by 20-inch shelf, creating broad, uniform platforms that support orderly placement from top to bottom.
A stainless steel build presents a uniform, professional exterior for busy operations. For installation flexibility, the unit includes side wall mounting brackets as well as four 6-inch adjustable flanged feet to level the station on site. It is cULus listed and made in USA for dependable specification and sourcing.
