The Hatco Glo-Ray® Drop In Heated Shelf with Recessed Top, model GRSB-72-I, is a drop-in heated shelf designed for integrated counter applications. Measuring 73-1/2" x 21" with a 1/2" deep recessed surface area, it presents a defined recessed platform that supports workflow and a clean, professional look. It features a hardcoat aluminum top, and the recessed top defines the holding area within the counter opening.
Operators gain direct control via a control thermostat, while an illuminated on/off switch provides clear status indication at a glance. The unit includes a mounting bracket and carries NSF, CE, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and CSA listings. Built for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, this Glo-Ray® drop-in solution supports efficient counter service and presentation.
