Engineered for flush drop-in applications, the Hatco GRSBF-24-I-120QS Glo-Ray built-in heated shelf provides a 25.5" x 21" hardcoat aluminum surface to hold plates, pans, and trays at serving temperature on buffets, self-service lines, or expo stations. This heated shelf food warmer supports streamlined service while preserving product quality and presentation.
Dial in heat with the adjustable control thermostat up to 200°F. A blanket-type heating element beneath the hardcoat aluminum top, paired with fiberglass insulation, promotes even holding temperatures and limits heat loss to surrounding counters.
Speed installation with the included mounting brackets and 3/4" flanged edge, while the illuminated on/off rocker switch provides clear status at a glance. The 120V, 550W configuration with a NEMA 5-15P, 6' cord simplifies hookup and aligns with recognized NSF and UL compliance needs for professional kitchens.
