The Hatco Glo-Ray® GRSBF-30-F built-in heated shelf with flush top streamlines service and presentation on busy lines for back-of-house and front-of-house workflows. Its hardcoat aluminum top and 31-1/2 in. x 17 in. surface area provide a level platform with a true flush profile. Powered at 505 watts, this heated shelf supports hot holding while optimizing space for plating and pass-through stations.
A control thermostat lets staff dial in the heat they need, and the illuminated on/off switch offers at-a-glance status during rush periods.
