The Glo-Ray® Built In Heated Shelf with Flush Top offers a 31-1/2-inch by 21-inch surface area with a hardcoat aluminum top for a smooth, flush platform. The flush top sits level with surrounding surfaces, supporting smooth transitions between prep, staging, and service across counters. A control thermostat and an illuminated on/off switch put daily operation at your fingertips, enabling quick adjustments during peak periods.
Drawing 665 watts, the shelf works with the control thermostat to manage heat during service and align with menu pacing. A mounting bracket supports installation within built-in applications, while the illuminated on/off switch provides at-a-glance status. It carries NSF, CE, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and CSA certifications for broad compliance valued by chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
