Its flush, hardcoat aluminum top creates a level surface within counters, and the 49-1/2" x 31-1/2" surface area offers room to organize workflow. Operation is straightforward with a control thermostat and an illuminated on/off switch.
This heated shelf is rated at 1430 watts for service use. A mounting bracket is included for built-in installation, and compliance with NSF, CE, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and CSA supports safety and sanitation goals. With a control thermostat and illuminated on/off switch, staff can confirm power status quickly and make on-the-line heat adjustments during rush periods.
