Product Description
Elevate holding and plating efficiency with the Glo-Ray® built-in heated shelf with flush top, featuring a 54-3/4" x 20-1/4" surface area to support active service. Its flush, level profile installs evenly with surrounding surfaces to create a smooth, uninterrupted workspace for busy pass stations and serving lines. A hardcoat aluminum top forms the heating surface and maintains the flush appearance across the full area.
Operation is straightforward with a control thermostat for heat adjustment and an illuminated on/off switch for immediate power confirmation. A mounting bracket is included to aid installation and positioning. Delivering 1110 watts, the unit provides heat across the surface and carries NSF, CE, cUL, UL, UL EPH Classified, and CSA approvals.
