The Hatco Glo-Ray® Built In Heated Shelf with Flush Top (model GRSBF-60-O) provides a 61-1/2" x 31-1/2" surface area to stage plates and pans efficiently for organized plating and holding throughout service in busy kitchens. Its flush, built-in profile maintains a clean, continuous counter presentation, and the top is hardcoat aluminum. Powered at 1750 watts, this shelf integrates cleanly into counters to support organized workflows and consistent presentation.
A control thermostat enables straightforward temperature regulation, while the illuminated on/off switch on the unit makes power status easy to confirm during service. The included mounting bracket supports secure installation.
