Product Description
This drop-in hot/cold well streamlines service by shifting between precise hot and cold holding. Accommodating (2) full-size pans, it combines an integrated condensing unit with an FR2 hydro-heater and a TXV valve to maintain consistent performance across menu changes. Electronic temperature control enables accurate setpoints, while auto defrost and automatic water fill help maintain steady operation during peak hours.
The remote mountable panel offers flexible placement for quick access, and included pan support bars keep pans organized for clean presentation.
