Product Description
This drop-in hot/cold well elevates line efficiency for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. It accommodates two full-size pans and leverages an FR2 hydro-heater with electronic temperature control to keep foods at target temperatures in either mode. A TXV valve works with the system’s auto defrost to support consistent cold holding with less manual intervention.
Day-to-day workflow is simplified with automatic water fill and a remote mountable panel that keeps controls within reach while freeing counter space. Pan support bars promote neat presentation and secure placement during service. A 60" power supply whip provides installation reach, while 3000 watts and 1/5 HP specify its power profile; cULus compliance and Made in USA construction are also specified.
