The Hatco HCWBIX-3DA drop-in hot/cold well is built for busy operations. It accommodates (3) full-size pans to hold menu items for hot or cold service while conserving counter space. An FR2 hydro-heater and TXV valve pair with electronic temperature control to manage heating and cooling functions with operator-selected setpoints.
