The Hatco HCWBIX-4DA drop-in hot/cold well streamlines serving and prep lines for chefs, operators, and facility managers. It accommodates (4) full-size pans and leverages precise electronic temperature control to maintain product quality across hot and cold modes. An FR2 hydro-heater and TXV valve work together to deliver responsive heating and consistent refrigeration performance, while auto defrost and automatic water fill reduce daily labor.
Built for practical integration, this Made in USA unit features a remote mountable panel and a 60-inch power supply whip for flexible installation. Pan support bars come included for stable presentation and smooth pan changes, and cULus compliance supports code-driven projects.
