Product Description
This drop-in hot/cold well optimizes line performance and presentation, accommodating (6) full-size pans to keep high-volume menus organized and flowing throughout service. The FR2 hydro-heater and TXV valve deliver responsive thermal transfer for both hot and cold modes, while electronic temperature control maintains precise holding. A remote mountable panel and a 60" power supply whip streamline installation and give operators convenient access during service.
To reduce hands-on tasks, auto defrost and automatic water fill handle routine maintenance so teams can stay focused on guests and throughput. The unit comes with pan support bars and is configured with NO condensing unit on the line. Rated at 6000 watts with 5/8 HP, it is cULus listed and Made in USA for confidence in performance and compliance.
