The Hatco HDWTC-1 is a free-standing, one-drawer warming drawer unit designed with a top-of-the-drawer touchscreen controller for direct, on-unit operation. The drawer accommodates food pans up to 6 inches deep and includes one 6-inch-deep food pan, while adjustable sliding drawer vents are integrated for operator control at the drawer.
