The Hatco HWBI-2MA drop-in modular/ganged heated well from Hatco is designed for efficient hot holding with feature-driven control and an integrated, top mounted footprint. Manifold drains with auto-fill manage filling and draining, and the insulated, top mounted design integrates cleanly into counters to support organized service. A remote thermostat plus a separate power switch provides convenient, independent operation and quick access for staff.
Built with stainless steel and aluminized construction in a standard watt configuration, this unit holds (2) full size pans to support organized presentation. It is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA. For chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, thermostat-based control plus automatic water handling help streamline workflow while the top mounted, insulated design aids temperature maintenance throughout operations.
