The Hatco HWBI-3M is a drop-in modular/ganged heated well built to streamline service and maintain precise holding across the line. This top mounted, insulated unit accommodates (3) full size pans for efficient throughput and a clean counter presentation at the serving counter. A remote thermostat with a separate power switch lets staff dial in temperatures and manage power from a dedicated control point at the operator’s station for smooth, consistent service.
Manifold drains consolidate liquid removal, helping teams execute faster changeovers and cleaner workflows during peak periods without slowing the line. Stainless steel and aluminized construction with standard watt heating supports consistent operation throughout demanding shifts and repeated daily use.
