Product Description
The drop-in modular slim heated well is built for efficient hot holding in professional kitchens. Its insulated, top mounted configuration pairs standard watt heating with insulated construction in a drop-in modular slim design to support consistent serving temperatures. With a (3) full size pan capacity, the well holds three full size pans so hot foods remain available throughout service and hot holding.
Operators control the unit through a remote thermostat with a separate power switch, enabling on-demand temperature adjustment and on/off control for the heated well unit. The construction is stainless steel and aluminized, with materials specified for this heated well unit. It carries CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified designations, is Made in USA, and is the standard watt version.
