This drop-in modular/ganged heated well is insulated and top mounted to integrate neatly into your line while maintaining holding conditions. Manifold drains with auto-fill streamline water handling during setup, service, and breakdown so crews keep workflow moving. With two full size pan capacity and 1500 watts, it provides the space and output needed for busy stations.
A remote thermostat with a separate power switch makes control straightforward for chefs and operators, supporting quick adjustments during rush periods. The construction combines stainless steel and aluminized materials for a clean, professional presentation on the line. It is CE, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, and Made in USA.
