The Rapide Cuisine® Induction Range, model IRNG-PB1-18 by Hatco, is a drop-in countertop, single-burner unit for professional kitchens. Digital controls with a high-visibility TFT display deliver clear readouts for settings and status, and the integrated timer and color-coded selectable modes make it straightforward to apply the settings you need during service. Automatic shut-off and pan detection are built in, and a USB port is provided on the unit.
The cooking surface features a black glass composite top, paired with a stainless steel casing for the body. This induction range operates at 120v/60/1-ph with 1800 watts and 15.0 amps, and has a cord with NEMA 5-20P. It is cULus listed, UL EPH Classified, and ENERGY STAR® certified to support specification-driven purchasing.
