The Rapide Cuisine® high-powered/heavy-duty countertop induction range delivers efficient performance in a front-to-back dual burner configuration designed for high-throughput stations in commercial kitchens. ENERGY STAR® efficiency pairs with 208/240v operation and 6240/7200 watts to meet production demands in busy operations. Manual dial controls work with a digital time & temperature display to provide clear feedback and responsive adjustments across both burners during setup and service.
User Programmable Presets (UPP) enable repeatable settings, and Pan Sense Technology (PST) pairs with automatic shut-off for controlled operation between heats. Construction includes a black glass ceramic top, stainless steel housing, and a USB port for convenient access. The unit also includes a grease filter along with intake and exhaust fans, aligning with the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on efficiency and organized workflows.
