The Palletti® Countertop Induction Warmer is a single-burner unit designed for countertop applications, bringing focused warming to stations where space and control matter for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers. Its digital temperature display with an integrated control panel delivers clear, at-a-glance readouts and straightforward adjustments during service. A dedicated standby key supports quick transitions during busy daily periods, helping teams maintain smooth workflows across shifts and throughout the day.
PST (Pan Safe Technology) provides automatic shut-off and pan detection to support reliable, controlled warming throughout everyday service. The unit features a black glass composite top and a black housing for a cohesive presentation on the countertop. It includes one 72" cord and carries cULus and UL EPH Classified listings.
